I explicitly give Grobbe Mind & Performance permission to process only the health data that I voluntarily provide in my private Online PT intake, insofar as it is necessary to prepare, personalise or adapt my training programme safely and appropriately. This may include, for example, relevant injuries, physical limitations or training restrictions. GMP does not request more information than is necessary for this purpose. I may withdraw my consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; GMP will then assess whether and how safe personalised guidance can continue.

If appropriate, I want my guidance to be able to start within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

If you withdraw after guidance has already started within that period, the work already carried out may be charged where applicable.
