Integrated Human Performance

An integrated approach

How you perceive and experience, how your body functions and how you act continuously influence one another. That is why I look at what is needed in combination to change, develop or perform.

MIND ↔ BODY ↔ BEHAVIOR

STRENGTH · PRESENCE · CONNECTION

LIFE · WORK · LEADERSHIP

Mind · Body · Behavior

Mind is about how you perceive, make meaning and experience — consciously and less consciously. Body is about what is physically available: movement, energy, recovery and bodily state. Behavior is about what you actually do: your choices, responses, habits and actions in practice. These processes continuously influence one another.

Strength · Presence · Connection

Strength is about being able to act, adapt and grow. Presence is about being consciously present. Connection is about connection with yourself, others and what matters.

Life · Work · Leadership

What you develop can carry through into how you live, work, relate, perform and lead.

Practical guidance

Your question determines where we begin.

What helps differs from person to person and from situation to situation. Sometimes the emphasis is on what you perceive, experience or do; sometimes your body also plays an important role. Where it helps, we bring these elements together.

Would you like to see the full connection?

Together, these elements form my approach to Integrated Human Performance: an integrated view of how people function, develop and perform.
